All sales are final and non-refundable.  Tickets are transferable.  In the event that the we have to postpone due to a force majeure, we will do our best to reschedule.  However, in any case, we cannot issue refunds but will still use the funds generated to benefit our year-round programs.  NOTE:  When you click to buy tickets, there is a ticket purchase protection option, paid to the ticket processor, with all claims handled through the ticket processor.  Instructions on how to file a claim are included when you add this insurance to your ticket purchase.  All claims must go directly through the processor and not through You Night or the We Lift You Up fund.

This is a fun and fashionable event, therefore dress should be cocktail or better. Feel free to dress the theme by wearing bright colors, representing various awareness ribbon colors. Or, if you are a cancer survivor, or are honoring someone who has fought or is fighting, you might consider wearing an outfit representing yours or your loved one's ribbon color. NOTE: Part of the function is outdoors in the courtyard, so please check weather forecasts and plan accordingly. The inside portion is air conditioned.

We will comply with state and local regulations at the time of our event.  Persons who are immuno-compromised are encouraged to wear a mask.   All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the event. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19.
