Over 500 women in the New Orleans and St. Tammany areas have participated in You Night Empowering Programs and we invite you to join our incredibly strong and supportive community of survivors.
Spark is not a traditional support group, but you will find a ton of support by attending.
Who are we? You Night is a sisterhood comprised of women who have battled or are battling any type of cancer. Women who enter our programs are experiencing a variety of personal journeys, from stage zero to stage 4. Some are still in treatment, and others have been declared "NED" but are still emotionally struggling. You Night has created a variety of programs that draw on the power of your mind, body and spirit to uncover the strength within you. Being around other women who "get it" can be an incredible source of power. Workshops will take place one a month March - September, 2022. While each workshop stands alone, we recommend you attend as many as possible to get the maximum benefits.
